Ok, yes I understand you may not be keen. You have nothing to lose from going though. I just confirmed with KYR that they cannot get costs off you, they may try, but with our arguments they won’t succeed, so at worst you pay the original fine. I am starting the process now. So I guess I will end up at court too, but all experience I guess!
