Can some please clarify, I’ve just had an SA police sergeant inform me that the entirety of section 94H of the Privacy Act relates to the workplace only, i,e employee/employer contracts, and cannot be used in regards to private citizens making a claim against business owners enforcing COVIDsafe directions.
Has there been any precedents set within the courts with regards to section 94H?
I’ve recently had a local hardware owner kick me out of their establishment, and told me not to return for declining to participate in the COVIDsafe surveilance program, and am currently considering further options.
