Hi guys, Im in South Australia and have just spoke to the Legal Services Commission who had NO idea about the Australian Constitution. I was told that the Emergency Management Act 2004 SA is THE law in this state. It it correct that section 109 of the Constitution, Inconsistency of laws overrides the Emergency Management Act. Many thanks. We need to stick together and know our rights.
