Deb, I understand that a business can refuse entry for the health and safety aspect, for instance, if you are trying to enter a business and you are blind drunk. You are or may be a danger to yourself and others in that case. But refusing entry due to a medical condition is blatant discrimination as they can provide no objective proof that your exemption is a danger to yourself and others.
I’m more than happy to be corrected if I’m wrong, but that’s how I see things.
