Hi GE
My understanding of the Bio-Security Act 2015- sect 60 & 61, is that NO ONE, apart from a human bio-security officer, can order you do do anything health related. They MUST have Bio Security Control Order containing your personal details, which has met strict guidelines and been signed by a judge.
Commonwealth and Federal laws trump local OH&S guidelines.
However, given that some people know their rights, and others are just blindly following the narrative being forced on us, you have to ask yourself if it’s worth any of your time & energy to ‘push back.?
There is a growing world wide movement that is challenging the legality of what governments are trying to impose on us. It is your choice to either be just a vocal opponent, or to start taking some action and join the push back!
Good luck for the future
Phil
