So, I’d fallen ill and couldn’t make the previous court date being the 5th Aug and called the courts to notify them. I was advised that it would be adjourned to the 27th Aug to plea Guilty or Not Guilty to which the magistrate will then decide upon a direction hearing or contested hearing. (Further adjournment).
