Well, for the sake of completeness (forgot I posted this here) I had a chat in December with the Senior Prosecuting Solicitor on the phone and I relayed my story to her.
She went a bit quiet when I mentioned that their man physically grabbed a moving motorcycle in the bush.
I also examined the copy of the letter they allegedly sent on the 4th Nov and remarkably it was created a week an a half after they said they had sent it.
Then they removed the fees, because they probably guessed that they hadn’t sent that letter, so I elected to have it heard by a court.
Nothing for months , then on 25th may, they withdrew the fine.
