Covid fine Reviews seem to always go against you, but fines are frequently withdrawn
if you elect to take it to court because they know there are many arguments you can mount
against those fines because they are not valid or lawful to begin with.
I would start with the General notice of objection from the ASF book and it
will probably never get as far as a court hearing!
