Don’t use their notice, Send them your own court election doc because you want it heard in a
proper chapter III court and not in their kangaroo courts.
At the same time send the clarification doc letter. You might need to edit it a little
so it agrees with the point(s) you made in your original notice of objection.
Remember to send the default letter when their original time limit to provide the evidence
you sought has expired.
These letters can be shown in court to show that they defaulted and the matter was
settled privately
