I’ve also tried to cancel my subscription, nothing but rudeness. KYR told me i had to cancel via paypal. Paypal told me i had to cancel via KYR. It seems I am locked into a cycle here. Since i asked KYR to cancel my subscription in Feb, 2 more payments have come out. I’m recently unemployed and even tho its only 20 a month, i just cant afford it. Bloody ripoff.
KYR may have nothing to do with Paypal, but the recurring payments are a result of the subscription, and I wish to cancel the subscription.
