I ended up folding – I should’ve stuck to my guns but just got so damn sick n tired of the whole thing. Almost 2 years of back n forth in & in/out of court for adjournments………
I recently moved interstate n so I ended up deciding to plead guilty – pay my fine and be done with it.
I wish I hadn’t – I really wanted to know if any of this actually works to be honest 🙁
But since moving here (QLD) I got a fine for allegedly using mobile phone whilst driving… ($1k) maybe I’ll try harder this time around.
