Ben I got the exact same letter from Westpac late May, 2 months after my 4th letter to them! I am thinking I’ll be nice and respond with a reminder of the details of the 4 letters sent, …and remind them of the law…and let them know that any correspondence from now ion will incur fees for my time wasted.
