Wow that’s not a great outcome. I guess we really need to dot our i’s and cross our t’s through the process.
I sent the 2nd letter and forgot to send the default notice. So, I sent the clarification letter with a copy of the 2nd letter and gave them 14 days to reply (as described above). 14 days have past so I sent the default letter only about 1 week ago. Ive been very busy and haven’t had a chance to go back to the book to read what to do after the default letter. So, I’m not sure where too now.
Would also like some advice on that next step.
All this can become very difficult if you don’t completely understand (i hate that word) it. It may seem easy to some but for others can be confusing.
The affidavit is important from what I know, as this is something you would take to the court for the process. To be honest I would think that the living man road is an easier one to take but i cant say that for sure. Either way the affidavit is required.
I’m assuming the affidavit is a complication of the events from the date of receiving the fine. Id love to see an example so I can understand (there’s that word again) it better.
Id like to do a course on the living man but time is an issue for me. Best of luck. I hope you can get the help you need. I’m Sorry but I’m not that guy. I don’t know this stuff good enough
