From my understanding the bank debt isnt assigned/referred it is sold to a 3rd party therefore there is no legal contract between you and the 3rd party.

Can u also please tell me is the debt disclosure statement referred to as the 4th letter? I cant seem to find a doc with this title “debt disclosure statement? or is it the private settlement agreement they are meaning?
