You can l isten to the radio show for free on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings. To listen to the back podcasts requires a fee. Not sure how much.
Regarding the non payment of reg fees. Tell them you didn’t pay the registration as the cat died a couple months ago. You didn’t realise you needed to tell them – or you were too distressed to even think about informing them until you got their fine.
I do as I speak. I DO NOT register ANY animal! Mind you, I keep my boys at home and they come in my car most places I go. But cats…you need to ensure they do not roam.
