Jeff – if the member that used that strategy ever got anything from the court (which is unlikely) he would then reply with the PPR letter, explaining that it is for the State to administrate. No matter what happens from this point, he has a copy of a recording that contains a copy of the Magistrate confirming that he is not the person so, anything that happens to the person’s licence etc. has nothing to do with him and does not relate to him or impact him in any way.
