I get that the living man is not the person BUT if the person’s licence/registration are cancelled/suspended, then would not the living man be constantly stopped, harassed and inconvenienced by policy enforcers for “unlicensed driving” & “unregistered vehicle” ?
Yes, they can’t make the man pay them but they can make life difficult for him. Is there a solution for that which would put an end to the harassement?
