I had collection agency engaged by the bank but I kept communicating in writing only, with them and after I sent them Debt Discloser Statement, they stopped to contact me. Since than I am not getting anything from the bank. Yet, they did not send me any letter that my account is on zero balance. I checked my Credit File and there was nothing by the bank, like default or similar record.
Do you think that I should request that letter from the bank?
