Hi Brett, Not sure if you’re still around to respond to this post but I just bought the hard copy version of the KYRG book and joined the forums. I am in the process of fighting a speeding fine (as a beginner) and have already done the 3 step process with ASP, just awaiting a court date. I was wondering how you learned to do this alternative process as I would like to do some more reading in this area. Are there particular sources you would consider reliable to read more about the estoppel issue? If it is more effective I am not sure why ASF are not using / recommending it? It sounds like a swifter option?
