Good afternoon Michael.I have A very good friend that has been through this. [in Queensland] He used the notice for discovery process, in court the maggot said that they did not need proclamation certificate etc.2 maggot court appearances and 2 judicial hearings my friend has been waiting about 7 weeks for a final ruling. Quite possibly will never get one as they are unable to fulfil notice for discovery without letting the cat out of the bag?
