another question to ask
Im told that tolls are on privately owned roads ..ie the govt has rented or sold the land for the road to a company..they make the road then charge a toll to get money back.
that being the case
how do police have jursidiction on them ?????
not that police are lawful in any way (not commonwealth officers)
