1. Make sure you take an impartial witness ( Male 6 foot 4 ) and record the meeting she will probably try threaten intimidate you.

2. Take copy of vaccination card with you and understand it.

3. Take info about unfair dismissal with you .

4. Read the company policy and understand it, everything replies on policy these days.

5. Write down everything she says ask for proof in writing of anything your CEO tries push on you

6. Continue to ask for legislation about mandatory vaccination.

7. Ask for evidence that they are safe there is none ask about what is in them etc ( JFK law case form last year in the US )

Be strong assertive and confident.
