Hi I am in the process of doing this. I would suggest that before you do this that you send in your letter regarding banking fraud and your house deed.
I am with Commonwealth bank, They have not yet been able to produce a PDS or evidence that I have seen it. They will try and challenge you however you just need to keep going.
My next step is to type a letter demanding my refund or I will report them for insurance fraud.
