Please note that due to the insane amount of time we waste re-setting member's Passwords for them, we have now had to implement a fee for re-setting those password manually.

We do have an automated re-set system on our website and you will be automatically blocked for 24 hours if you enter the wrong details 3 times so we do always recommend our hard copy options over our digital, on-line options.You can wait for the automated 24 hour block to expire and then try and re-set your password yourself but, if that does not work, unfortunately, you will need to pay for us to do that manually for you.
