The Annotated Constitution by Sir John Quick and Robert Garran provides a detailed breakdown of how each section of the Commonwealth Constitution came about and explanations of what the Framers of the Constitution intended each section to cover. It includes many of the Constitutional debates and explains how many of the sections can be combined to make the full force and effect of them understood.
A copy of a 'standard' Quick and Garran Constitution generally costs around $200 - $300 and does not come with the index that this CD includes, which makes searching for topics much simpler.
This CD also includes a copy of Arthur A Chresby's book, "Your Will Be Done", which is another very powerful publication.
